Privacy Policy
Young Science Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 27-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., in order to protect personal information of data subjects and prevent infringement of their rights.
This Privacy Policy shall take effect on December 18, 2025. In the event of any amendment, the Company will provide notice on its website at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of such change and will notify data subjects when obtaining consent.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. If the purpose of processing is changed, prior consent will be obtained.
- Website Membership Registration and Management: Identity verification, service provision, maintenance and management of membership status, prevention of improper use, delivery of notices and announcements, handling complaints, and record retention for dispute resolution
- Provision of Goods or Services: Delivery of goods, service provision, issuance of invoices, content provision, customized services, payment processing, settlement, and debt collection
- Marketing and Advertising: Development of new services, provision of event and advertising information (separate consent required), and offering participation opportunities
- Personal Information of Children Under 14: Consent must be obtained in writing or by email from a legal guardian, and information shall be provided in a child-friendly manner
