Amplification of GAPDH gene (217bp fragment) of human RNA 
The cycling conditions for HiSense™ RT-PCR Master Mix were 42°C for 30 min 95°C for 5 min, 35 cycles of 95°C for 5 sec, 60°C for 30 sec and 72°C for 30 sec. With the inclusion of a special reaction buffer, RTase, RTase inhibitor, dNTPs, and HiSense™ Taq PCR polymerase, high sensitivity and specific RT-PCR are performed.
