5-plex multiplex PCR using HiSense™ Multiplex  PCR Master Mix 
: The cycling conditions for HiSense™ Multiplex PCR Master Mix  were 95°C for 5 min, 25 cycles of 95°C for 30 sec, 55°C for 30 sec, and 72°C for 1 min. The issue of non-specific reaction product formation in Multiplex PCR reactions has been resolved, and technologies such as DNA Free-Taq DNA polymerase and Hot-start have been applied.
